Background

The Well hosts a variety of events throughout the year—each with a distinct audience and unique thematic focus. From empowering women at the Tribe Women’s Annual Conference to fostering brotherhood at the Fire & Iron Men’s Conference, these gatherings require thoughtfully designed merchandise that resonates authentically with attendees while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

The Challenge

The core challenge was to develop a versatile merchandise program that could adapt creatively to the diverse themes of each event, yet deliver a cohesive, high-quality brand experience across all items. Additionally, production had to meet rigorous standards for quality and budget constraints, requiring close vendor collaboration and meticulous oversight.

Approach

  • Tailored Design for Distinct Audiences
    For Tribe Women’s Annual Conference, I designed a range of items—including sweatshirts, sweatpants, hats, fanny packs, totes, mugs, makeup compacts, tees, and tanks—that celebrated sisterhood and community with thoughtful visuals and messaging.
    For Fire & Iron Men’s Conference, merchandise such as sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, and wristbands were crafted to embody themes of strength and unity.
    Serve Day featured practical, stylish t-shirts that fostered volunteer camaraderie and commemorated each year’s service.
    For The Well’s 10th Anniversary, I developed commemorative sweatshirts, tees, and beanies with elegant design elements marking the milestone.

  • Strategic Vendor and Production Management
    I sourced and evaluated printers and suppliers, balancing cost-effectiveness with premium craftsmanship. Selecting materials and printing techniques prioritized durability and a polished finish to ensure the merchandise would withstand regular use.
    Working closely with trusted partners, I negotiated favorable terms, managed timelines, and conducted rigorous quality control—including sample reviews—to guarantee every product met expectations.

The result is a comprehensive, high-quality merchandise collection that enhances attendee experience and strengthens The Well’s brand across multiple events.
